How the custom ticket works:
The “ticket” cost covers the drawing deposit. This is non refundable. I will then draw up the pattern for your approval which will be emailed to you. Total cost depending on size/details/time of custom stitching.
Once you approve the pattern I have drawn up for you - you will be emailed a invoice for the remaining amount for the order ( The total will be on the pattern approval email) Ticket cost will be deducted form the total.
Once final invoice is payed I can start the stitching. Turn around time is 2-4 weeks depending on the size and details or the order.
